I would like to offer you an opportunity to improve your well-being and remind you how incredible it is to feel at your best, every single day. Join me on a journey of health and wellness and start taking care of what is truly important - your health. Body and mind are connected, we all feel physically better when our minds are in good shape, and at the same time we all feel better in our body when our mental health is being taken care of.

In my classes I provide a safe space as we work on to increase wellness of body and spirit to become healthier and stronger. Joining my class would be the first step towards choosing a healthier lifestyle and continuing to attend each week would create a routine that benefits your mind and body.

I offer a weekly in-person Ashtanga-style Vinyasa Flow class. I am a certified Yoga Teacher, Pregnancy and Yoga Nidra and mindfulness meditation Teacher and member of Yoga Alliance UK Professionals and Yoga Alliance USA. I have learnt to guide students to practice Yoga safely and support them effectively by incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques into my classes in a nurturing environment. The sequence of the classes are structured based on the anatomy of the human body safely warm up and increase strength, starting from gentle movements to peak poses and finishing with relaxation. Also expect self enquiry and inner awareness during the practice.
